GROUP MARKETING MANAGER

Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for driving successful campaigns and enhancing brand images? We are actively seeking a skilled individual to assume the role of Group Marketing Manager and become a valuable member of our team in Limassol.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with the Group Marketing Director (GMD) and cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns for new and existing products.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Assist in identifying short-term and long-term budget and resource needs for marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with the GMD to manage the marketing department’s budget, including expenditure spending and financial considerations.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Utilize key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to conduct market research, competitive analyses, and consumer trend assessments.
  • Translate marketing results into actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative and content teams, to implement marketing plans effectively.
  • Support the GMD in developing and managing an annual marketing budget and profit/loss projections.

Digital and Print Marketing:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of digital and print marketing strategies.
  • Manage content marketing and social media marketing efforts in alignment with overall marketing goals.

Event Participation:

  • Support the GMD in attending and participating in conventions, conferences, and tradeshows.
  • Assist in the preparation of engaging displays and collateral for events, providing post-event reports and analysis.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with the GMD in developing marketing plans that align with the organization’s objectives.
  • Implement and manage promotional programs to drive interest and sales.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage advertising opportunities in the press and at venues.
  • Organize the availability of company members for media/PR events as necessary.
  • Oversee content, production, and distribution of all marketing and publicity materials (posters, program, flyers, mail-outs, brochures, etc.) with the director, designer, and project manager.
  • Manage press development.
  • Coordinate the invitations of potential future promoters and supporters of the company.

Education and Growth:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements, contributing to ongoing education within the marketing team.
  • Seek professional growth opportunities to enhance marketing skills and expertise.

 

REQUIREMENTS – SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
  • Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns.
  • Fluent in French or Russian.
  • Demonstrated success in marketing roles, including campaign management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Budget planning and management proficiency.
  • Familiarity with HTML, content management systems, and design software.
  • Proactive attitude towards professional growth and continuous learning.
