Job Vacancy: Secretary – GMCG Egypt

Global Maritime Consultants Group (GMCG), a leader in maritime and offshore consultancy, is seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our dynamic team in Alexandria, Egypt. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication within our team and with our valued partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly agendas; schedule and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Handle phone calls and redirect them as necessary.
  • Prepare, disseminate, and manage correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • Maintain and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Assist in the preparation and completion of regular reports.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient filing system.
  • Monitor office supplies levels and handle orders as required.
  • Coordinate and make travel arrangements.


  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
