We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a pivotal techno-commercial feasibility study on an Early Production System (EPS) for wellhead platforms for a client in Southeast Asia. This study represents a significant achievement in our ongoing efforts to support and revolutionize the upstream oil and gas industry.
Why This Study Matters
Conducting a techno-commercial feasibility study on an EPS for wellhead platforms is crucial for evaluating several key aspects. It ensures the robustness and feasibility of the EPS technology, analyzes the return on investment, payback period, and financial sustainability, identifies and mitigates potential risks to ensure project success, provides clear and detailed insights to support capital expenditure decisions, and enhances operational processes during the transition from manned to unmanned operations.
Our Objective
The primary goal of this study is to assist our client in making informed investment decisions by evaluating technical aspects, return on investment, payback period, and safety measures. By conducting studies like this EPS project, our client gains a comprehensive understanding of the CAPEX and OPEX required for their projects. GMCG has presented three major options based on CAPEX, lead time, and early production for crude oil, with options ranging from $100 million to $250 million.
Enhancing Operational Efficiency
This study aims to enhance operational efficiency during the shift from manned to unmanned operations, addressing the evolution of temporary onshore infrastructure and essential marine spread. By providing our clients with detailed and actionable insights, GMCG continues to play a crucial role in shaping the future of upstream industry operations.
Stay tuned for more updates on how this study and other initiatives by GMCG are driving innovation and success in the oil and gas industry!
