GMCG India is a leading consultancy firm providing engineering and offshore technical services. We are currently seeking a Senior Offshore Structural Engineer with 15-18 years of experience to join our growing team in Cochin or Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, analysis, and assessment of fixed and floating offshore structures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant international and local regulations for offshore platform design.
• Utilize SACS, ANSYS, or equivalent structural analysis software for offshore structural engineering projects.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise in offshore structural design, ensuring efficient and safe engineering solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing training and technical guidance in offshore structural engineering.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and clients to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
• Stay updated with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory changes related to offshore structures.

Requirements:

• 15-18 years of experience in offshore structural engineering, specializing in fixed and floating offshore structures.
• Strong knowledge of international and local offshore design codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in SACS, ANSYS, or equivalent software for structural analysis.
• Proven experience in handling offshore structural projects from design to execution.
• Ability to lead a team, mentor junior engineers, and manage projects effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (postgraduate degree preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
