Position: Senior Naval Architect/Deputy Manager (Naval Arch Dept)
Location: Cochin, India
Experience: 10–12 years in ship design and engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and engineering of ship structures, ensuring compliance with international and national standards.
• Supervise and mentor a team of naval architects and drafting personnel.
• Utilize stability software such as GHS and Maxsurf for advanced calculations and stability analysis.
• Oversee structural designs and offer innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
• Contribute to business development by providing technical insights during client engagements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education: Degree in Naval Architecture or equivalent.
• Experience: Proven track record of 10–12 years in ship design, engineering, and project leadership.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in stability software (GHS, Maxsurf), structural analysis, and naval architecture tools.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team effectively.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, proactive approach, and problem-solving mindset.
