Job Description:

GMCG is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Quality & HR Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, leading, directing, developing, and coordinating the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource department. They will also ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy. Additionally, the candidate will develop, implement, and periodically evaluate a program to ensure the organization’s service operations meet the quality, integrity, and efficiency standards set by the organization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality Assurance duties:

  1. Directs and oversees the quality control department and supervisory staff.
  2. Evaluates service operations from a strategic level to ensure that services meet quality, integrity, functionality, and other specifications and requirements.
  3. Collaborates with management and senior staff across service departments and roles to draft acceptable quality standards.
  4. Develops and implements quality standards and evaluation processes.
  5. Facilitates communication among service divisions and management.
  6. Assesses test results and approves recommended changes.
  7. Reviews quality control documentation such as checklists, logs, and reports for effectiveness, accuracy, and relevance.
  8. Conducts random inspections, audits, and quality control checks.
  9. Periodically reports status of quality control and operations to executive leadership and, when required, regulatory agencies.
  10. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Human Resources duties:

  1. Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
  2. Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

  3. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

  4. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

  5. Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.

  6. Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.

  7. Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

  8. Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.

  9. Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.

  10. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
  11. Develops and implements HR
  12. Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for HR
  13. Performs other related duties as required

REQUIREMENTS – SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Master’s degree preferred or at least five years of human resource management experience required.
  • Fluency in Russian and/or French.
  • Thorough understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
