Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving GMCG’s growth in Singapore and the APAC region. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who excels in building client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and executing strategies that deliver measurable results.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Design and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends to identify opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align efforts and deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and refine strategies to ensure targets are achieved.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships (5+ years).
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Expertise in market analysis, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Singapore’s market trends and business landscape is highly advantageous.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
