Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitors the office’s financial performance and makes recommendations for improvement.
• Identifies areas for cost savings and works to implement solutions.
• Responsible for the monthly financial summary report, budgeting, and other related tasks.
• Prepares annual budget and monitors budget performance.
• Liaises with external auditors and other relevant parties.
• Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
• Execution of bank payments, maintaining logbook and other bank administration matters.
• General bookkeeping duties.
• Filing of all accounting matters.
• Ensuring that all accounting processes align with current financial legislation.
• Any other responsibilities might be assigned by the management.

Requirements – Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting software
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.

• Good knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
• Have a very strong team value work ethic and able to work within tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills.
